In short: this is an alpha demo website. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking, and loads nothing from other companies’ servers. We only receive personal data if you contact us, we use it only to reply to you, and we never sell it.

2. Alpha website

This website is an early alpha and a demo. It is provided for testing and information only, without any guarantee.

3. No cookies, no tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising, social media plugins, or any third-party scripts, fonts or embedded content. All files are delivered from our own web server.

4. Server logs

We do not keep log files ourselves. Like any website, the page is delivered by our hosting provider, whose servers may automatically record technical data such as your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and your browser type. The hosting provider uses this to deliver the website and keep it secure, and keeps it only for a short period under its own policies.

5. When you contact us

If you use the waitlist form or email us, we receive the details you give us: your role, name, email address and message. We use them only to reply to you and to contact you about Kenning.

Your entries are sent to us by email. They are not stored in a database or file on the web server.
The form uses simple spam checks that run at the moment you send it. Nothing from these checks is stored, and no outside service is involved.
We keep your message only as long as we need it to deal with your request, and delete it on request.
Giving us your details is voluntary. Without an email address we can’t reply.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, we process your details based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give with the checkbox in the form and can withdraw at any time.

6. We don’t sell or share your data

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. We disclose it only where the law requires us to.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email privacy@astromerge.com and we will respond promptly. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under your local law, such as filing a complaint with a data protection authority.

8. Security

The website is delivered over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and the form is protected against misuse.

9. Children

This website is meant for professionals and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as the website develops. The date at the top shows the current version.
